We are just waiting for you to fall in love with our most popular signature mat class. A heated, pilates-inspired class designed to improve circulation, reduce joint pain, and give you a deep sweat. We play with tempo, sometimes moving slower to connect our breath to our movement, and faster to increase heart rate. We use low-impact, compound movements to challenge the brain, build flexibility, and allow the body to move in its natural state.
