MAT +
slow & controlled
Our slow & controlled Mat+ is a low impact workout that brings control to every movement by focusing on perfecting your form and technique. This class is great for those who prefer a slower pace Mat+ class or if you're a beginner or new to the PowHer Method. Enjoy a deep burn and glowing sweat while moving rhythmically.
This class is warm at 80 degrees. Pilates socks or bare feet allowed for this class.

MAT +
all levels
This mat, Pilates based class challenges you to move your body in unique ways, practicing low-impact compound movements to lengthen and tone your muscles. This class is beat-driven, fast and slow, allowing us to connect deeper to the muscles working.
This class is warm at 80 degrees.

SCULPT
all levels
Our Sculpt class is designed to work out your entire body. Using our heavier weight, we'll target arms, legs, booty, and core. This class will keep your heart rate up and body moving while performing low impact exercises that you will quickly see and feel good from. Grip socks or bare feet are allowed. Clean indoor sneakers are NOT required, but you are welcome to wear them if you need more foot/ankle support.

DANCE + SCULPT
all levels
Grab your sneakers and your cutest workout set for this fun, energizing, and sweaty dance cardio and sculpt class! We've redesigned our classic Sculpt format by adding dance cardio intervals throughout class. We're increasing our heart rate and sweating it out.
Clean indoor sneakers required.
Let's dance!

SCULPT + STRETCH
all levels
30 minutes of Sculpting followed by 15 minutes of guided, restorative stretching. This class is high intensity, but low impact and you move at your own pace. Sneakers not required.
This class is heated at 80 degrees.

MAMA + BABY
sculpt format
New mamas need a lot of love and we’re here to give it to you! Looking to start working out again, but not sure where to start? Reclaim your body in our signature New Mama classes, thoughtfully designed for you (with or without a baby by your side!) Together, we will recover, retrain, and reconnect with the body and get you back to feeling like yourself.
These classes are postpartum safe. We know everyone’s delivery experiences are not the same, so please come at least 15 minutes early to class to discuss any questions or concerns you may have!
Crawlers welcome! This will be a safe environment for all babies. It is up to you!
Breastfeeding mamas welcome! We have a cozy space for you to pump, breast-feed, or bottle feed your baby before, during, our after class.
Feel free to bring any props like strollers, car seats, play mats, etc.
